Customers should review the product description, price, system requirements, licence terms, support route, and this refund policy before paying.
Because Mancave Recovery Suite is digital software, refund handling may depend on whether licence access, download access, or product use has already started.
Customers can request a refund by contacting Mancave Studios with their order email, payment reference, product name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
If a product does not work as described, Mancave Studios may offer troubleshooting, replacement access, an update, or a refund where appropriate. Customers may be asked for logs, screenshots, and system details.
If a refund is issued, the related licence, download access, update access, and support entitlement may be cancelled.
